| Aid provided: | 10 Lenovo tablets for remote learning |
| Beneficiaries: | 10 first-graders starting school in a frontline city |
In the frontline city of Kherson, only ten children remained who were starting first grade. Due to ongoing shelling, in-person schooling is impossible, and remote learning is the only option. But their families could not afford the devices needed to participate.
Through the Hopekeeper Foundation, we provided 10 tablets so these children could begin their education. For a six-year-old starting school during a war, having a tablet is not just about accessing lessons – it is about feeling included, connected to other children, and having a sense of normalcy in the most abnormal of circumstances. It gave them hope and a renewed belief in their future.
