SA2U continued its longstanding partnership with Ukraine Alive in 2024, providing EUR 2,000 to support humanitarian aid delivery to communities in conflict-affected regions of Ukraine. Since 2022, Ukraine Alive has been one of SA2U’s most trusted and active partners, and this contribution extended a collaboration that has already touched hundreds of lives – from delivering emergency supplies to Bakhmut to organizing rehabilitation camps for traumatized children.

Ukraine Alive has proven itself time and again as a partner that delivers results on the ground. What began as emergency aid runs to the besieged city of Bakhmut in early 2023 has grown into a multi-faceted partnership spanning basic needs, medical support, and mental health programs. In 2023 alone, SA2U and Ukraine Alive collaborated on delivering generators to hospitals struggling with power outages, organized two rehabilitation camps for over 240 children in the Carpathian resort city of Truskavets, and continued providing critical supplies to frontline communities.
The 2024 contribution of EUR 2,000 reflects SA2U’s commitment to sustaining these partnerships beyond the initial emergency phase. As the war continues into its third year, the needs on the ground have shifted but not diminished. Communities that once needed emergency food and shelter now face the long-term challenges of rebuilding, recovering from trauma, and maintaining basic services under ongoing threat. Ukraine Alive’s deep understanding of local needs and established distribution networks ensure that every euro reaches those who need it most.
